- Payment From this page you can securely purchase my work via Paypal. Delivery charges will be added at the checkout. I also accept personal cheques from UK banks only, made payable to 'Roberto Salazar.' Payments must be made in GBP.
- What will I receive? Using the finest artist canvas and museum quality artist stretcher bars, you will receive a professionally mounted and framed artwork on canvas which is ready to hang upon receipt. The stretcher bars are made from the finest quality kiln dried fir wood which has the advantage of being very light yet very strong. Each bar features a rounded back edge designed to ensure the canvas is always kept a full 13mm above the stretcher bar, ensuring no ghost impressions on the canvas. These stretcher bars also incorporate ‘wedges’ which are placed in each corner and allow the canvas to be stretched extremely tightly over the frame. It also allows the canvas to be restretched over time, which can be of particular importance for the larger sizes. The frame depth is 1½" (38mm). The printing process utilises advanced 12 colour HP Vivera based ink system with guaranteed colour fastness and truly amazing colour reproduction.
- Delivery All artwork is sent via secure courier service; a signature is normally required. All orders will be despatched wthin 3-5 working days of receipt. If there is a problem with your order preventing despatch, you will be contacted within 1-2 days of order receipt. If paying by cheque, artwork will be despatched upon clearance of funds. Presently, the website is only configured for postage to within UK. Should you be an overseas art-lover / customer, please contact me in advance for a postage quote.
- Damaged goods & Returns Notification of damaged goods should be made to Salazarart within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
- Damaged goods must be returned via suitably insured first class special delivery which will be refunded by Salazarart.
- Refunds owing for damaged goods will be made withing 30 days of receipt of original order payment and upon receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will only be made for goods damaged prior or during transit to the customer.
- A 'cooling off' cancellation period of 7 (seven) days applies to all orders, during which an order may be returned following notification to Salazarart by the customer.
- Returned orders must be received by Salazarart within 7 (seven) days of the end of the 7 (seven) day cancellation period.
- All costs of returning orders under this cancellation clause must be met by the customer.
- Artwork returned under the terms of this cancellation clause must be sent by fully insured first class special delivery. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the original order payment and upon receipt of undamaged artwork.
